The Shadow Workshop

In this workshop, I draw upon Jungian wisdom and shamanic shadow work practices to guide you through a deep exploration of your shadow self. We dive deep into self discovery through journaling, inner child healing, and cultivating self-love, participants will develop a deep sense of self-acceptance, self-worth, and compassion.

 They will learn to nurture their inner child, heal past hurts, and develop a loving relationship with themselves.

 This newfound self-love and empowerment will enable participants to make choices aligned with their true desires and live a life that resonates with their authentic selves. Each workshop with be unique!

 The workshop culminates in a group hypnosis that focuses on self-reflection and forgiveness.

Throughout the year, before we perform these rituals, we explore the energy of the each moon phase and its astrology to see the influence it has on love and relationships, career and finance, health and wellbeing, spirituality and more.

 I provide guidance on how to work with the unique qualities of each of these moon phases. Helping you set clear intentions and goals for the upcoming lunar cycle.
